Buckwheat diet

The buckwheat diet, with its correct and reasonable performance, will not only ensure the loss of extra pounds, but also favorably affect the body.After all, buckwheat groats are rich in fiber, which effectively removes toxins and excess water from the body, as well as many valuable nutrients.Therefore, buckwheat diet is often attributed not only to methods for weight loss, but also to detox diets.

Features and principles of buckwheat diet

The buckwheat is based on how difficult it is to guess, on a buckwheat rich in useful substances of the croup - it contains vitamins of group B and P, which take part in the process of exchange and absorption of carbohydrates, proteins and fats, phosphorus, iodine.For this (and not only!) Diet on buckwheat is considered permissible and acceptable even the most “cautious” nutritionists (as a rule, ardent opponents of any mono -diet).

Most often, this technique is used as a mono -diet, but in some cases light reliefs are also allowed: for example, a little fat -free kefir or fresh greens can be added to the diet.

You must be prepared for the fact that weight loss will not begin immediately, since buckwheat is rich in carbohydrates.How quickly the kilograms will begin to leave if you adhere to the buckwheat diet depends on the initial weight indicator.The more it is, the more noticeable the loss in kilograms in the early days of the diet.Buckwheat week can provide a loss of up to 10 extra kilograms (subject to the water balance and sufficient physical exertion).

Buckwheat diet: what is possible, what is impossible

There are several more advantages of buckwheat diet - thanks to the wealth of vitamins and trace elements, your hair, nails and skin will not suffer during the diet.Also, the amount of buckwheat eaten per day with a mono diet is not limited.So theoretically there is every chance of avoiding hunger.The main prohibitions and assumptions are as follows:

  • You can’t eat 5 hours before bedtime;
  • Be sure to drink water in large quantities (at the rate of 30 ml per 1 kg of weight plus another 1 liter - for weight loss);
  • with severe hunger or if constipation occurs an hour before bedtime, you can drink 1 cup of low -fat kefir;
  • It is better not to cook buckwheat, but to steam without adding salt, spices, milk, oil and sauces;
  • In addition to water, you can drink unsweetened green leaf tea.

If you feel malaise, headaches, or lethargy during a buckwheat diet, then you can cook and drink the next decoction - mix 200 g of water from 1/2 tsp.honey.Such "lemonade" will ensure the intake of glucose into the body, but will not slow down the process of losing weight.

Do not forget to strictly monitor the amount of water drunk during the day - this is very important on any strict diet.

An approximate power circuit during the day may look like this:

  • In the morning: a decoction of water and honey and two lemon slices;
  • After 30 minutes: a portion of buckwheat porridge, unsweetened tea;
  • After 3 - 3.5 hours: a portion of buckwheat porridge, not sweet tea or water (and so every 3 - 3.5 hours until the evening);
  • 5 hours before bedtime: a portion of buckwheat porridge, unsweetened tea, water.

Recipes: how to cook buckwheat correctly?

According to the buckwheat diet, the cereal must be insisted in hot water, and not to cook, so all the beneficial substances are better preserved.For this evening, 200 g of cereals pour 0.5 l of boiling water and leave it under the lid overnight.In the morning the dish is ready.If the cereal did not absorb all the water, then drain the remains.According to the buckwheat diet, there is such a porridge without salt, sugar, spices and sauces.This is a classic version of the buckwheat diet, but there are also softer options:

  • Buckwheat porridge plus kefir -During the day you eat 200 g of buckwheat and you can drink kefir, no more than half a liter, eat buckwheat in the main meals, and drink kefir between them and an hour before bedtime;
  • Buckwheat porridge with dried fruits. A day is allowed to eat 200-300 g of buckwheat, which was previously insisted before the consistency of porridge with the addition of 150 g of dried fruits.Such porridge must be divided evenly into all meals.And again - not eat 5 hours before bedtime.
